1. Do the friends I refer have to complete an offer too?

Yes, once a referral signs up under your referral link they will appear on your status page as not complete. Once they have completed their offer this will turn green and show complete. And as soon as enough of your friends complete an offer you can get your free gift.

2. I’ve just completed an offer, and it’s still showing as not completed. What’s happened?

Some of the programs take longer to come through than others. Please allow 14 days. The Lovefilm offer has a pending stage of up to 28 days at the moment, VCBets offer can take over a month.

If you think something has gone wrong, open a support ticket with the freebie site and they will give you more information.

3. How does this work? How can they afford to send me a free gift if I am not giving them any money?

4. I am unable to complete one of the offers, can I still qualify for my gift?

5. Can I complete the site more than once?
